East Quickfix is an independent startup offering appliance repair services. We are currently in the process of registering our company and obtaining a GST number. All services are provided under individual/proprietor capacity until formal registration is completed.

We offer inspection, repair, and maintenance services for various household appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and microwaves.
3. Appointment Booking
You may book a service through our website or contact form.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, technician unavailability, or external conditions.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are approximate and may vary based on the nature of the issue and required parts.
Final charges will be communicated before commencing the repair.
Payments can be made in cash, UPI, or any mode accepted by our technician.
Since we are not yet GST registered, no GST is charged at present. A formal invoice may not be provided until business registration is complete.
5. Warranties and Liabilities
We offer a limited service warranty on specific repairs as communicated at the time of service.
We are not responsible for any data loss, indirect damages, or damage resulting from improper usage of appliances post-repair.
In case of disputes, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking a service.
You must ensure technician access to the appliance and provide a safe environment for the repair to be conducted.
You are responsible for backup of any data, if applicable, before servicing (e.g., in smart appliances).
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
Service charges may apply for last-minute cancellations or unsuccessful visits due to customer unavailability.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any information collected through this website (name, contact details, address, etc.) is solely used to provide a
nd improve our services. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
